Blood Drive

Blood Drive (Champion: Tonna Williams). For many years now, First United has hosted blood drives every 8 weeks (the minimum elapsed time allowed between donations). This is a thriving ministry that generates anywhere from 70 to 100 units of blood per drive, which is vitally important to north Georgia's always-depleted blood supply. The Blood drive builds synergy among First United ministries because it involves the combined efforts of Christian Concerns, Evangelism, Fellowship, and other ministries. We use these drives to draw visitors and new members not only from the surrounding community but from the study body of Kennesaw State University as well.
