Disaster Relief

Disaster Relief (Champion: Jerry Finley/Ron Emberg). Whenever disaster strikes, we are ready to help. For example, in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, Jerry and a group of helpers from First United made several trips to Mobile, Alabama, to assist in clean-up and rebuilding efforts. Through the participation of Ron Emberg, our congregation is also part of the Synod-wide disaster preparedness initiative.
